Alternative Flours
You can eat grain free without using alternative flours. Really. Stick to fruits, veggies, meats, legumes, nuts and seeds and you’ll be fine. However, if you’d like pancakes, bread, waffles, cookies, muffins, cakes and the like, you need to start learning about these great products. They are awesome!
Don’t be nervous. They are not difficult to use, they are simply unfamiliar. So we’ll go slow and learn about them a little at a time. You’ll be fine. And even better, you will be thrilled with yourself when you start using them to make really good food!
